Returns & Damages

Everything at The Bluff is found, vintage, or one-of-a-kind, which means a little wear and tear comes with the territory. We think the scratches, patina, and signs of a life well lived are part of what make these pieces special.

We do our best to photograph and describe each item accurately, including any notable imperfections. Because of the unique nature of our finds, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or broken in transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to find the best solution.
